Dine With Celebrity Pvt Ltd ("DWC", "we", "us", "our") is a premium celebrity dining membership platform. DWC facilitates exclusive dining experiences with celebrities for its registered members across India.

DWC is not a food delivery platform, restaurant aggregator, or alcohol retailer. DWC is a membership club that provides access to curated dining experiences and partner vouchers as a member benefit.

By signing up as a DWC member, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or 25 years of age if redeeming vouchers at licensed premises.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced.
• DWC reserves the right to cancel any membership found to be in violation of these terms without refund.
• Membership benefits, tier structures, and voucher allocations may be updated by DWC with reasonable notice.
• Members may not share, transfer, or sell their membership or member vouchers to any third party.

Partner vouchers issued through the DWC platform are subject to the following:

• Vouchers are valid only for the specific partner outlet and denomination stated on the member dashboard.
• Each voucher is unique and linked to a single DWC member account. Vouchers cannot be transferred, duplicated, or used by another person.
• Vouchers have a validity period as stated at the time of issuance. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
• DWC vouchers are for dining and food & beverage purposes only at partner establishments.
• Partner establishments reserve the right to refuse voucher redemption in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, or violation of their own terms.
• DWC is not responsible for the quality, service, or experience at any partner establishment.
• Celebrity dinner seat price reductions earned through voucher redemption are applied to the member's active target event only and are subject to the floor price of that event.

Celebrity event seat prices, availability, dates, venues, and participating celebrities are subject to change without prior notice. DWC makes no guarantee of the availability of any specific celebrity for any specific event.

• Floor prices per event are set by DWC and cannot be reduced below the stated floor regardless of member reductions earned.
• Event tickets once booked and paid are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by DWC.
• DWC reserves the right to substitute a celebrity for an event in cases of force majeure, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
• Member conduct at celebrity events must be respectful. DWC reserves the right to remove any member from an event without refund for inappropriate behaviour.

Where DWC vouchers are redeemable at establishments holding a valid liquor licence:

• Members must be 25 years of age or older in compliance with applicable state excise laws.
• DWC vouchers at licensed premises are for dining purposes only.
• DWC does not promote, facilitate, or endorse alcohol consumption in any form.
• Members must comply with all rules and regulations of the licensed premises including dress code, entry requirements, and conduct standards.

Statutory Warning: Consumption of alcohol is injurious to health. Drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive.

DWC collects member name, email, phone number, and transaction data for the purpose of delivering membership services. Member data is never sold to third parties. Data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

By creating a DWC account, you consent to receiving membership-related communications via email and SMS. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at legal@dinewithcelebrity.com.

DWC's liability in any matter arising from membership or use of the platform is limited to the membership fee paid by the member in the relevant membership period. DWC is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or attendance at any celebrity event.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from DWC membership or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
