No Refunds Policy
All membership fees and event booking payments made to Dine With Celebrity Pvt Ltd are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances — except as outlined below.
✅ The One Exception — Company-Cancelled Events
A full refund will be issued only if Dine With Celebrity Pvt Ltd cancels the event for which you have a confirmed booking. In such cases, the full amount paid for that specific event booking will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
1. Membership Fees
All membership subscriptions — Free, Gold (₹2,499/yr), and Platinum (₹6,999/yr) — are sold on a strictly non-refundable basis. This applies to:
- Annual membership purchases
- Membership upgrades (e.g., Free to Gold, Gold to Platinum)
- Any promotional or discounted membership purchases
Membership fees will not be refunded if you choose to cancel, downgrade, or stop using the platform for any reason.
2. Event Bookings
Payments made to book or reserve seats at celebrity dining events are non-refundable, including in the following situations:
- You are unable to attend the event
- You cancel or change your mind after booking
- You do not use your confirmed seat
- You book in error
- Personal emergencies, travel issues, or other circumstances beyond DWC's control
Event bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for future events, credits, or other benefits.
3. Company-Cancelled Events — Refund Process
If Dine With Celebrity Pvt Ltd cancels a scheduled event:
- All confirmed attendees will be notified via email within 24 hours of cancellation
- A full refund of the event booking amount will be processed automatically
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Membership fees paid separately are not refunded in the event of a cancellation
Dine With Celebrity Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: celebrity unavailability, venue issues, force majeure events, or safety concerns.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider for a valid charge — in violation of this policy — may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your DWC membership
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Forfeiture of all accumulated points and benefits
